INSTANTE
Un nuevo dÍa. Un momento único. El ahora en el que estoy escribiendo. Cuando termine de escribir será otro momento pero éste es el verdadero y real. Yo misma con el dolor, soledad, existencia que respira y atraviesa lagos y ríos internos, montañas y callejones del propio laberinto. Viene a mi este pensamiento del Dalai Lama y me quedo en suspenso. Respiro y leo. Nada más. ¿Cómo es que no he muerto antes? Pregunta lanzada a mi Ser profundo sin respuesta instantánea, sólo la espera abierta a una respuesta que vendrá cuando El Infinito lo disponga.
"Solo hay un punto importante que debes tener en mente y dejar que sea tu guía. No importa cómo te llamen las personas, simplemente eres quien eres. Mantén esta verdad. Debes preguntarte cómo es que quieres vivir tu vida. Vivimos y morimos; esta es la verdad que solo podemos enfrentar solos. Nadie puede ayudarnos, ni siquiera el Buda. Por lo tanto, considera cuidadosamente lo que te impide vivir de la forma en que quieres vivir tu vida. "--Dalai Lama
A new day. A unique moment. The now in which I am writing. When I finish writing it will be another moment but this is the real one. I myself with the pain, loneliness, existence that breathes and crosses lakes and internal rivers, mountains and alleys of the labyrinth itself. A thought of the Dalai Lama comes to me and I remain in suspense. I breathe and read. Nothing else. How have I not died before? Question thrown into my deep Self without instant response, just an open waiting for an answer that will come when the Infinite disposes.
